**Refund & Cancellation Policy**
1. Non-Refundable Membership Fee : All participants/members/individuals must pay a non-refundable membership fee as part of their association/business partnership. This fee, once paid, is fully earned and non-refundable, reflecting the varying contract tenures across projects. Prior to payment, all clients are required to acknowledge and agree to the contract’s terms and conditions.
2. Excess Payment Refunds : If a participant/member/individual inadvertently pays more than the prescribed fee due to technical errors, and this overpayment is confirmed after the participant’s communication, the excess amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.
